| This class was called Form Theory. In it, we learned how the shape and form of objects can elicit certain feelings. We spent most of the class designing and making a foam model of a "speed form." The object was mean to look fast. I wanted to avoid the usual aerodynamic and hydrodynamic shapes and try something a little less intuitive or obvious. My inspirations included the shark and the human face. My apologies for the poor photos of the model. |
